Teaching and coordination of NTPC award courses. 
The Appointee will be responsible for the following:
1. Research and prepare learning guides and assessment materials for students
2. Deliver training courses and conduct assessments. 
3. Coordinate the delivery of award training programs and short courses.  
4. Assess the learning and behavioral effectiveness of training to the participant and the employer. 
5. Identify industry training needs through Industry visits, Industry Discussion Forums, and Industry presentations;
6. Liaise with franchised program partners and arrange all course logistics and ensure compliance to all course requirements.  
7. Conduct audits at planned intervals to ensure compliance to FNU and franchised partners requirements
8. Provide counseling and advise to existing and future students
9. Organize events related to the training programs including student orientation, special guest speakers and graduation. 
10. Prepare program reports on financial matters, enrolments, student performance, progress reports and other reports needed by the Head of Training. 
11. Maintain records of all programs, including course contents, enrolments, attendance, roll-books, payments, fees, assessment results, certificates etc. 
12. Assist the Head of Training in managing day to day operations;
13. Any other duties assigned by the Head of Training. 
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Accounting or Science. Applicants must have at least 2 year of work experience. Applicants who have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in addition to the Bachelor’s degree and possess some teaching experience will be given preference. 
Salary An attractive salary commensurate with qualifications and abilities will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
